November

November came and went in our house. In fact, in the days after Thanksgiving, when I downloaded pictures from Thanksgiving, I was shocked to notice that shockingly enough I had only taken 300 pictures in November...that's almost sacraligious. BAD BAD Mommy.  We did have a great November...well, I think so, I don't remember it too much. Some where in there Caroline came to visit, we went to Grandma Pat's for Sunday Dinner and then we had Thanksgiving. Craziness how fast it went! :(

 Here are some pictures...and commentary...of course! :)

On Saturday, November 6, the girl's BFF (also known as Baby Caroline...called this b/c we still have her baby announcement on our fridge and the girls always carry it around and talk to us about Baby Caroline) and her mom and dad came over to 'play'...well, the boys wanted to watch the Mizzou game, die hard fans that they are, and since it was an away game, Keith and Amy were NOT in Columbia for the game. The girls had been making ALL of us crazy by asking about each other, which is so so cute. So, everyone came over for pizza and dessert...the girls had so much fun! The girls were appropriately decked out in their Mizzou wear. We ALMOST had a major meltdown b/c our old cheerleader dresses didn't fit anymore, but then thankfully I remembered that Matt's Dad had given us a larger one for their girls' birthday...thankfully the crisis was averted...of COURSE they didn't want to wear their cute tiger shirts, then wanted their dresses! :)

Here is Miss Sydney eating puppy chow...she's a BIG fan...chocolate and peanut butter...great combo and she approves!
MIss Olivia...hanging on the floor in the kitchen...she was probably playing a game on the fridge prior to this picture....knowing her!
  Dancing around in the kitchen...

Caroline...was super in love with all our Yo Gabba stuffed animals that Santa brought the girls last year for Christmas...had I known how hard they were going to be to find later on I would have asked for more! Oh well!

On Sunday, November 7th, we went over to Grandma's for Sunday dinner with Aunt Zomi and Uncle Mike....here are the girls playing around in the backyard. They are obsessed with wearing dresses and skirts! Here they are wearing a coordinating outfit that Grandma Carol gave them last year that FINALLY fits them! :)
Grandma has a play house AND an Elmo's kitchen in her basement, along with a cool table and fun toys....always a hit for the girls!

 Miss O...playing around....

 Miss S...always on the move!

One random night in before bedtime....Sydney is listening to her Daddy read her a story, while Olivia....

...WAS listening to a story on Mommy's bed and cuddling, until she decided the basket full of Daddy's clothes would be WAY more fun!

ANOTHER random night....playing around in Mommy's closet...
....while Sydney is dressing up  in Daddy's clothes...all of coures BEFORE bedtime. Crazy, hyper messes.

The weekend before THanksgiving here in STL was BEAUTIFUL...absolutely...so un-fall-like, it was amazing. ANd since they were predicting nastiness for THanksgiving, Matt and I decided to do some winterizing....my job included doing leaves and his was hanging the Christmas lights....all of which would have taken WAY longer had my super awesome neighbors NOT decided to come out and 'help' by playing with my girls. Have I mentioned before how much we love our neighbors and where we live? Great place, fabulous people. If they move, I'm moving!

Here are some pics of Angie and Andy (both of whom the girls are obsessed with...not to mention their parents Mr. Bob and Ms. Rhonda)...the girls ask about them constantly! It's adorable! FOr reference...Olivia is in the Black Cat sweatshirt and Sydney is in the Pink Cat sweatshirt....

Needless to say it was an amazing nap time for the girls....thanks Angie and Andy for entertaining the girls...they sure do love you guys!

The Wednesday evening before THanksgiving, Matt's Dad...Grandpa (as they call him), came up to spend some time with us because we weren't going to see him on Thanksgiving. boo. We all had a great time, and the girls were super excited to entertain Grandpa...
 MIss Olivia.....
 SMile for the camera.....cheese.....
 Sydney...
Smile for the camera...say cheese...we've been working with the girls on smiling for the camera....sometimes we are successful, other times, not so much. :(

THanksgiving was so fun! WE had a full house, but it was great! Here is a picture of the cake that my Sister in law (Aunt Zomi) made...she's super into being creative and she loves to eat sweets, SO, behold awesomely cute desserts...yummy too! :)

Sadly, I didn't take too many pictures for THanksgiving...but here are 2 cute ones....

Sydney running around....
Olivia....upset b/c she was told NO...at least now she'll tell me why she's upset! :) It does make life a LITTLE easier! :)

Hope all is well,
J
