Halloween!

Halloween, oh nemisis of my past, how I despised you as for most of my childhood it rained for every Halloween. However, I do have to say that for the past couple years, Halloween has been quite beautiful!  This year, in keeping with our past traditions, we went over to our neighbor's house for dinner and festivities and this year, we actually joined everyone for trick or treating. And MAN did the girls have fun. We debated taking the wagon, but in the end both girls ended up walking the entire trick or treating route...well, actually Olivia ran the entire way, but either way they had so much fun! They crashed as soon as we got them home and bathed!  Costumes, were of course a big debate....unlike last year, Daddy didn't dress up to match the girls. Our original plan, was for the girls to be Tinkerbell and Snow White as we had these costumes from Matt's boss at work....but then I saw the Jesse the cowgirl costumes at the store and just knew that the girls HAD to be Jesse and man were they happy with their costumes, and super cute too!

Here are some super cute pictures.....

Playing around as we are getting ready to go to Mr. Bob's house....

"I have a blue tongue Daddy!"...so of course everyone had to show off their tongues...gotta love lollipops...the girls' most favorite candy thanks to all our traveling this summer and their ability to help ears adjust to airplanes! :)

The Pumpkin Patch

PUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMPKINS!  Olivia and Sydney Love love love the pumpkin patch...almost as much as they love their BFF Caroline. ALL week long, before we went to the pumpkin patch, all they could talk about was how they were going to see their friend Caroline and Uncle Keith and Aunt Amy. IT was so cool! And in the grand scheme of our life when it comes to the pumpkin patch, it was cold/cool and rainy. Seriously, we planned this at least 6 weeks in advance and just our luck it was cold and rainy...JUST like it was last year. WE must be curse. :( OH well, we all had a super big blast, well, until Sydney got the bejeezus scared out of her by a pop out spooky machine. She was scared so much that I could take my arms off of her and she'd hang on to me gripping my neck. Poor kid. That whole incident started our 'I'm scared' phase of life. :( Olivia, well, she just ran around having a grand old time!

Arriving at the Pumpkin Patch..yes, we brought their strollers...it's nice to have a place to store all your stuff!
Did you know that every great pumpkin patch has a playground??? And horses, but we skipped those since we're going to Grandpa and Grandma's tomorrow anyways! :)
